Michael DeBellis joined the team at Anders Retirement & Investment Advisors to continue the firm’s mission of helping others reach their retirement goals. Serving the Jacksonville Metro Community and residents in Northern Florida, Michael is committed to helping individuals and their families address their insurance and investment needs.

Michael graduated from Drexel University with his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He pursued an engineering career his first two years post-college, but soon found his passion for helping others was better met in the financial services industry. He entered the industry in 1991 and hasn’t looked back. He has since gained expertise in retirement planning, fee-based managed accounts, and using insurance products to help clients address gaps in planning to keep their financial house in order.

Michael holds his life and health insurance licenses in Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. In addition, he passed his Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and has achieved the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Away from the office, Michael enjoys golfing and spending time on the water and in the sun, either at the beach or in the pool. He and Trish moved to Florida from New Jersey in 2018 to be closer to family and take advantage of the warmer climate.
